In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming Broward County, Florida based artist RuudAwakening and his brand new album titled CATHARSIS.
RuudAwakening’s debut full-length album CATHARSIS refers to the purification and purgation of emotions—particularly pity and fear—through art or any extreme change in emotion that results in renewal and restoration,is the title of his debut album and to him is the awakening from depression, fear, misery, and insecurity to a place of abiding strength, assurance, and peace.
“I wanted to create something with a lot of feeling, meaning, honesty and sincerity. I believe that I have. I want my listeners to be able to look at my core, and perhaps see themselves there as well. This music is for everybody. Catharsis is here to heal you.”
